Lightest Double Stroller
When searching for a lightweight double stroller the weight and size are key factors to consider. Picking one that is simple to use and compact when not when not in use makes it much easier to put in the trunk of your car and navigate through airport security and other foreign streets.
The best lightweight strollers have a simple, intuitive fold that allows them to stand on their own. This helps reduce stress on the body of the parent. A few also come with a broad range of seating configurations and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Created for families on the go. Lightweight and compact, with an easy fold with one hand. The front suspension and all-terrain wheel and the multi-position reclining seat, allow for children to weigh up 50 pounds. The trays for parents and children and a large storage basket and a three-tiered canopy that has a the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a design which is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This is a bad option for those seeking a budget option.
While it's not the most light double stroller, it does have enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with ease, unlike many other lightweight strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs are dangling like that. And the lack of padding does not make it any easier.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. It's a little more challenging to close the cloud, however. You have to slide a slider, and then press a large white button for it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too narrow for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for trips. It's super light at just 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclining seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors with a peekaboo view. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of various heights. It also has one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and possess a strong neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have three panels of sun canopy, and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.

Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It's a simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
compact twin stroller X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's also a bit more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with a lot of features. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage space, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch as well as a pocket for storage for parents, etc. It is also compatible with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that can be easily engaged. This stroller is designed to grow with your child. It can be converted from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separate) and is suitable for children ages 6 months and older.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it only has swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking features which means it won't be the best choice for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It's still a great option for families with children, since it is able to be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
This stroller is one of the most lightweight double strollers with full-size features and an elegant compact design. It folds by one hand and then stored in the garage or trunk. It can be used as a stoller for travel and is compatible with no additional adapters to most car seats.
The Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is distinct from other strollers that are lightweight because it has two distinct seats that can hold up to 100 pounds. The seats have individual leg rests, as well as three-panel canopy that has flip-out sunvisors and peekaboo window.
The seats are cushioned to ensure the comfort of your child. They also have a five-point safety harness that can be adjusted in three different height positions. Each comes with an infant cushion, which is ideal for newborns. Parents will love the parent and child cup holders, a cell phone holder, and a large storage basket. The stroller can also be equipped with the Yoyo+ Board, which turns it into an additional stroller.
Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents seeking a stroller that is light and can hold two children. Its sling style seats are comfortable and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This allows kids to sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, which makes it an ideal choice for nap time. The recline feature is simple to use, however it's not really flat. For taller children, there may be legs hanging out when in the reclined position. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than other strollers in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to to navigate through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only drawback is its limited storage space, which can feel tight when stuffed with things for kids.

We also lift and carry the strollers folded as if they were placed in a trunk and how to put in and remove a infant car seat if applicable. We also analyzed the strength and durability of each product, and whether it comes with an adult tray that can accommodate both child trays.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the top score for user-friendliness in our most recent update of the best double strollers guide, and also one of the top scores in our Strollers test program overall.
